
Virginia Asphalt Services provides professional asphalt maintenance and repair services, including but not limited to Asphalt Paving, Asphalt Repair, Pothole Patching, Sealcoating, and Crack Sealing. A detailed scope of work, including service specifications and timelines, will be outlined and agreed upon prior to the start of any project.
All estimates provided by Virginia Asphalt Services are free of charge and based on an initial consultation and site assessment.
Estimates are valid for a period of 30 days from the date of issuance.
Pricing may be adjusted due to changes in material costs, labor rates, or unforeseen site conditions.
Any work requested beyond the original scope will require a written change order and may incur additional charges.
A deposit of 30% is required prior to the commencement of any work.
Payments will be scheduled in installments aligned with key project milestones, which will be outlined in the project agreement.
The remaining balance is due upon project completion unless alternate arrangements have been agreed upon in writing.
Late payments may be subject to a fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance until payment is received in full.
An estimated timeline for project completion will be provided prior to the start of work. However, unforeseen factors such as adverse weather conditions, material shortages, or delays in permit approvals may affect the projected schedule.
Virginia Asphalt Services is not responsible for delays resulting from circumstances beyond our control, though we will communicate any changes promptly and work diligently to stay on track.
Clients are responsible for ensuring clear access to the project site and securing any required permits prior to the start of work.
All known underground utilities, pipes, and obstructions must be disclosed to avoid potential damage during the project.
Virginia Asphalt Services will not be held liable for any damage to underground structures that were not properly identified or disclosed by the client.
All changes to the original scope of work must be requested in writing and approved by both parties before proceeding.
In the event of a project cancellation after work has commenced, the client will be responsible for covering all costs incurred up to the point of cancellation, including labor, materials, and equipment mobilization.
Virginia Asphalt Services guarantees workmanship for a period of [X months/years] from the date of project completion.
This warranty excludes damage caused by normal wear and tear, weather conditions, vehicular traffic, or lack of proper maintenance.
We are not responsible for damages resulting from unforeseen events or third-party alterations, including but not limited to natural disasters, utility work, or unauthorized modifications.
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to engage in good faith mediation efforts before initiating any legal proceedings.
All legal matters shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia and resolved within the appropriate courts of jurisdiction.
Virginia Asphalt Services reserves the right to take photos of completed projects for promotional use, including but not limited to website galleries, social media platforms, and advertising materials. If the client prefers not to have images of their property used, they must notify Seal Pro Masters in writing prior to the start of the project.
